Ross Forman is currently a member of the North Shore Crisis Centre. He has been a member of the board since 2005 to help promote a secure and abuse-free environment for women and children. During his time on the board, the NSCC has implemented the following programs Adolescent & Children’s Empowerment Program (ACE), Outreach & Multicultural Outreach Services Program (OSP & MOS), and the Bowen Island Home Safe Program (BHS).

Since 2015 Ross Forman is a board member of Athletics for Kids. As a privately funded charity, we are able to get dollars into the hands of those who need it most, quickly and effectively. We help families bear the expense of having their children participate in organized sports because we believe that all kids should have the chance to play. A4K's overarching goal is to be there to assist any B.C. child in their dream of playing amateur sports. In other words, we want all kids to have the opportunity to play.

Ross Forman & Jeff Pilkington sponsored the “24th Good Neighbours Awards.” The event offers an opportunity to celebrate and honor volunteers who have made a significant contribution to Neighborhood Houses and communities. In 2007, the tireless efforts of the volunteers has helped over 700 families a week in the Downtown Eastside, created several out of school programs, established food security and served over 90,000 people across the Lower Mainland. Ross & Jeff values ANH’s mission to make neighborhoods a better place to live and wants to honor the volunteers that make the all the programs possible.
