Ross Forman
Ross entered the commercial real estate sales and leasing industry upon graduating from UBC in 1990. Focusing on the North Shore, Ross was involved in over 600 leasing and sales transactions before 2001 while working at Royal LePage Commercial (Cushman Wakefield LePage). Since joining RE/MAX Crest Realty in 2001, Ross has successfully leased, sold or renewed over 100 transactions per year.
Ross’ deals range from leasing 200 square foot offices space to selling 110,000 square foot office buildings. No deal too small or too large. Ross has represented groups such as BC Rail, North Shore Credit Union, Almad Investments Ltd., Gulf Pacific Investments, and Progressive Enterprises to name a few. With so much experience working the North Shore market, Ross Forman's market knowledge is a benefit to any Landlord or Tenant looking to lease or sell commercial or industrial property.

Jeff Pilkington
Jeff has fourteen years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in industrial, commercial and investment sales and leasing. He is an expert on the North Shore market, specifically North and West Vancouver. Jeff recognizes the importance of listening to client needs so he is able to pursue the optimal location and guarantee client satisfaction.
From 1994 to 1997, Jeff was involved in sales and leasing for Nexus Realty, a West Vancouver real estate firm. In 1997, Jeff joined RE/MAX Crest Realty where he has brokered transactions involving sales and leasing of office, warehouse and retail space on the North Shore. For the past three years, Jeff has been one of the leading commercial realtors in North Vancouver averaging over one hundred deals per year.
